Job Description 

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team in the Fuel & Lubricants division. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales, particularly in the energy, petroleum, or industrial sectors. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

As part of a high-performance team, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, promoting high-quality fuel and lubricant products, and delivering customized solutions that meet our clients' operational needs. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets in assigned territories or industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold-calling, and lead generation in key markets. 
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Present fuel and lubricant products and services to clients with strong technical and commercial knowledge.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and contractual documentation in collaboration with the commercial team. 
  • Coordinate internally with supply chain, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction. 
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market feedback to management. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as a representative of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical sales practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in fuel, oil, lubricants, or industrial product sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure. 
  • Technical knowledge of petroleum products is a plus.
  • Fluent in [English/Spanish depending on region].
